Welcome to our Customer Care area. Please fill in the following form, choose between Technical or Spare Part Service and briefly indicate your problem. Our Technical Department will take care of your request and will contact you as soon as possible.

You can find spare parts and accessories for your vehicle at authorized Mobilvetta dealers. The authorized dealer will provide you with all the necessary assistance and will inform you of the methods, costs, and timing for receiving the requested item, based on availability. Only the dealer can order and receive spare parts from headquarters.

On the dealers page of the website, you will find a list of all authorized dealers. You can search for the nearest dealer and contact them directly to make an appointment. You will then be able to view the available models, obtain a quote, and order the one you want. Mobilvetta vehicles are sold exclusively through authorized dealers.

You must contact your authorized dealer to examine and assess any issues. Only the dealer can coordinate with the parent company to approve the warranty claim.

Fill out the form on the Support page. Provide the correct vehicle chassis number (found under point E on the vehicle registration document), and we will send you the requested manual in PDF format.

Please contact the dealer directly, who will inform you of any procedures to follow and indicate the costs for issuing the documentation, if applicable.
